Environmental, Social & Governance
Environmental
We aim to minimize our ecological impact and contribute to a greener future. We firmly believe that every action counts, and by embracing a paperless office and implementing energy efficient measures, we are making meaningful strides towards environmental protection.

Green & Sustainable Office
We chose a green building that has received prestigious certifications, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum pre-certification, WELL Platinum pre-certification, and Platinum pre-certification for new buildings under BEAM Plus.

Energy-saving Measures
We encourage our employees to utilize energy-saving appliances and LED lights. We have replaced multiple servers with a high-capacity server and adopted virtual hardware, significantly reducing electricity consumption and minimizing the need for extensive hardware installation.

Wellbeing-Focused Design
Our office spaces are thoughtfully designed to prioritize the wellbeing of our members. We provide dedicated collaboration areas, relaxation spaces, and a Mother’s Room, fostering a balanced work-life environment where our members can work diligently and enjoy moments of relaxation.

Paperless Operations
We are fully committed to transitioning to a paperless working environment. Each staff member is provided with a staff card and a designated mobile app that enables them to perform various tasks such as reporting duty, requesting leave, accessing HR-related information, and communicating with supervisors.

Recycling Advocacy
We actively promote recycling within our office. Recycling bins are conveniently placed next to printers for the collection of used paper and toner cartridges. Additionally, we engage competent contractors to collect and process electrical and electronic waste, ensuring proper disposal and recycling practices.

Water Conservation
While the environmental impact of our water consumption is minimal, we remain committed to water consumption efficiency. We have placed signs in meeting rooms, pantries, and washrooms to remind employees to consume bottled water efficiently and ensure that water taps are tightly closed. Immediate repair works are arranged in the event of any leakage from taps or pipes to prevent water wastage.
